Elizabeth II au service de l'Ordre de Bain

A l'Abbaye de Westminster, la reine Elizabeth II et le Prince de Galles ont participé aujourd'hui au service pour l'Ordre de Bain au cours duquel sont installés les nouveaux chevaliers de  l'Ordre (12 aujourd'hui). La souveraine britannique assiste à ce service tous les 8 ans.
La reine est le souverain de l'Ordre de Bain fondé en 1725, le Prince de Galles est le Grand Maître de l'Ordre de Bain depuis 1975.
Le Prince de Galles a remplacé sa mère trop âgée dans une partie du cérémonial d'aujourd'hui.
